  • Provide HR metrics and  analytics;
  • Prepare monthly analytics for the management board meetings
  • Manage team with office and event manager;
  • Conduct competitor analysis in the search of best practices to be implemented  in our company

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years experience in the role of HR Manager in IT companies;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with changes in a highly dynamic environment;
  • Very good project and time management skills.
  • Experience in creating and implementing HR strategy, metrics, and analytics;
  • Experience in building HR processes from scratch;
  • Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence and build communication with all levels of employees;

Responsibilities:

  • Proofreading and editing existing website content. Making sure that the quality of all texts on the company's websites is high. Working with WordPress;

  • Improving translation of sites interface;

  • Hiring freelance writers: preparing test tasks, publishing job descriptions;

  • Ordering content from writers, preparing tasks and proofreading, fact checking;

  • Optimize content according to SEO;

  • Creating unique content such as interviews with partners and researches;

  • Cooperation with SEO's to create a content plan;

  • Monitor news sources, publish news stories in gambling niche;

  • Supervising writers and SEO’s in terms of grammar/writing;

  • Creating content policy for company websites;

  • Tracking and reporting on the success of content campaigns.

 

Requirements:

  • Native Dutch speaker with excellent writing and communicating skills; 

  • Basic knowledge of Google Spreadsheets and Google Docs;

  • Familiarity with gambling niche;

  • Basic knowledge in HTML;

  • Ability to work remotely;

  • Good communication skills;

  • Critical thinking.
